All in-stock orders (both standard and expedited) are processed within 1-2 business days. Note: if you place an order after 12pm MST on a Friday, your order may not be shipped until the following Monday.

International Shipping and Duties

Truewerk is based in Colorado, USA and proud to serve customers throughout the world. We make a significant effort in finding the most reliable, fast, and cost-effective method for delivery. It's a constantly evolving challenge.

For simplicity, we currently offer a flat rate for international orders which is set at the lower bound of what these shipments cost us. We don't make any profit on shipping and we typically cover a portion of international shipping costs on each order above and beyond our rate.

At present, the best option (combining delivery speed, tracking, and cost) we've identified is FedEx International Express for any customer residing outside the United States. We have found USPS to offer cheaper rates, but the very long delivery time, coupled with lost packages and lack of door to door tracking, has made this option un-viable.

Importantly, please also note that customers are responsible for any and all duties and taxes required by their individual country’s customs bureau. Due to variables associated with individual countries and customs offices Truewerk cannot advise, calculate, or predict these charges. We strongly recommend you check with a local customs broker with any questions concerning current rates in your country before placing orders.

We offer easy returns and exchanges. If you aren't totally satisfied with your order, you've got 90 days to return it for store credit or an exchange, or 45 days for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please ensure that the hang tags are still attached to the product. We reserve the right to refuse refund if we believe that the garment has been worn in a manner other than trying it on for size.

Truewerk Performance Workwear garments carry a one year limited warranty which covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Our warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of work on the job site.

In the event of a garment malfunction due to a manufacturing defect, please send the product back to us so we can examine the defect. This allows us to continually improve our products. Please email to begin the process.

Inclusion in the Industrial Athlete Portrait Project<

We usually do these photos on site at events and competitions. If you would like to submit your own portrait, please send to with the subject line (YOUR NAME) IANPP SUBMISSION. These portraits can now be generated in portrait mode "Stage Light Mono" on the IPhone 8 or IPhone X. If you are on an Android phone you may need to use a photo app. We publish photos at our discretion, and will only use images that are similar in composition, lighting, and quality to those currently featured on the Industrial Athlete Nation Portrait Project.
