Shipping

All in-stock orders (both standard and expedited) are processed within 1-2 business days. Note: if you place an order after 12pm MST on a Friday, your order may not be shipped until the following Monday.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally. Please email proservice@truewerktools.com for updated rates and policies.

Returns

We offer easy returns and exchanges. If you aren't totally satisfied with your order, you've got 90 days to return it for store credit or an exchange, or 45 days for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please ensure that the hang tags are still attached to the product. We reserve the right to refuse refund if we believe that the garment has been worn in a manner other than trying it on for size.

To get started, email proservice@truewerktools.com to notify us of your return and ensure size availability for exchanges. At this time, we are not able to offer return shipping labels, so please ensure that your order is accurate. Please reach out to proservice@truewerktools.com if you have questions regarding sizing, we're here to help.

Warranty

Truewerk Performance Workwear garments carry a one year limited warranty which covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Our warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of work on the job site.

In the event of a garment malfunction due to a manufacturing defect, please send the product back to us so we can examine the defect. This allows us to continually improve our products. Please email proservice@truewerktools.com to begin the process.

Membership

Please purchase the membership first to activate your account for 20% off on orders after the membership purchase. If you have accidentally purchased the membership at the same time as your first purchase please email us at proservice@truewerktools.com and we will refund 20% of the items originally purchased.

As of February 1st, 2018 you will need to login to your account at www.truewerktools.com to access your membership benefits. If you have purchased a Truewerk Membership, the discount will be applied to your cart when you enter a discount code that will be emailed to you. Inclusion in the Industrial Athlete Portrait Project

We usually do these photos on site at events and competitions. If you would like to submit your own portrait, please send to prosevice@truewerktools.com with the subject line (YOUR NAME) IANPP SUBMISSION. These portraits can now be generated in portrait mode "Stage Light Mono" on the IPhone 8 or IPhone X. If you are on an Android phone you may need to use a photo app. We publish photos at our discretion, and will only use images that are similar in composition, lighting, and quality to those currently featured on the Industrial Athlete Nation Portrait Project.
